Upon registration you will need to fill out and fax in a credit card authorization form. You can download the form here and fax it into us. Thanks.

If you are a winning bidder on the internet, it is your responsibility to get any tax exemption information to us hopefully prior to invoicing. You can fax your state's exemption certificate to (860) 623-9160. Please note name of auction on it.

You are also responsible for retaining your own shipper/rigger and packaging. We will provide you with names of riggers that attend the auction.

Please note all items must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving your invoice and removed by May 28, 2010 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
